Ours took 8 business days, cost $10k with labor and supplies, mostly from Home Depot. Typical small master bathroom in a 1960's house in the area. I went with the top rated bathroom contractor on Yelp and was satisfied with their work. DH and I did nothing ourselves other than shop for all the supplies you can see (tub, vanity, toilet, etc.)
