| One of the best things you can do is get your vitamin D optimized, not just in the normal range, but on the upper part of normal. Vitamin D is an important immune modulator and impacts your T cells, which play a huge role in implantation. |
| New poster. After my initial testing with the RE, she put me on 50,000 IU every other day. Yes, you read that correctly. I think my number was at a 7. I got pregnant the next month right as we were going to start treatment. I also had a HSG the month before, but I think one of those, or both contributed to me getting pregnant. We have been trying for number two, and I'm noticing I'm ovulating extremely late with only 8 days luetal phase. I need to have my levels checked again. Good luck! |
Thanks! I'm doing the Femara with Gonal F and TI along with a bunch of supplements for egg quality and a baby aspirin and fancy B complex vitamins with natural Folate (not Folic Acid) as well as Lovenox and Progesterone after O. Nothing to report yet! |
