| New poster, who also had the account when it was ING Direct (and loved it). Capital One's customer service has been fine for me so far, but it's nowhere near as good as it was under ING. |

| I've had my account since '04 without a problem. The biggest issue is that they are pretty quick to shutdown my account for any transaction out of the ordinary. For example, I went to buy groceries on a vacation and the card was denied. |
