Idk why it warms my heart when old posts regularly get revived because someone new is having the same problem. Like what temperature to cook Costco’s frozen pizza, or how to tolerate Laura Trevelayan’s accent.

So glad I came across this old thread. I made quiche for Mother’s Day tomorrow and forgot to add the cheese. Was thinking about adding it to the top before I re-heat tomorrow, but wasn’t sure if that would work. Reassuring to read the responses- others forgetting to add the cheese, making quiche without cheese, and adding the cheese on top. Appreciate all of the responses!
