Vent: SIL makes strange comments about my baby wanting her milk/boobs

She is absolutely weird or strange. Don't let this SIL babysit your child. The first time she's alone with your child she's going to breast feed her, like it or not. Don't allow your child to be drinking breast milk from someone else without a health clearance, especially her.

Yes, it's weird and yes you're right to let it go. It sounds to me like for some reason she's super proud of herself for nursing and likes to draw attention to the act of it.

Hopefully she'll de-weird when she weans.

She won't be babysitting him anytime soon. I don't think she'd breastfeed him without my permission (which I would not give). If she ever did, I would never speak to her again.
