I don't know what to do - got pregnant while taking doxycycline

You're fine. Doxycyline later in pregnancy will cause permenant staining of the perm teeth as they form, but you're fine at this point. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy!!

I'm pretty certain that no one here is contemplating terminating because of this. OP is concerned there could be something more seriously wrong.

Congrats! I was on therapeutic doxy for acne daily the first 3 months of my pregnancy (took me that long to realize I was pregnant). My 5 yo son is fine. His teeth are fine too!
