Op here. Great info, thank you! I've looked around at some online sites like Legal Zoom, but I think we will look into a lawyer.
By the way, what's the reason for having a separate financial guardian, assuming I trust the proposed physical guardian? |

| It's just one more safeguard that the money is truly used in the best interest of the child. Even well intentioned people can make bad financial decisions. |
