I don't know that the Duggar clan would be able to throw any compensation Anna's way in order to get her to stay. Last I heard, they're broke over this whole deal. Losing the tv show cost the family something like $25 million in income/endorsements/etc. At one point they had a "donate" button on their YouTube and were asking for money from their supporters in order to keep their "ministry" going. The button has since disappeared after backlash...
