I could use your advice, getting flooring installed this weekend. Which of these floors?

Go with the bamboo. It's much more durable than laminate.

Do not get darkened bamboo, it is very soft. I would also stick with a blonde or light color, we had a dark cherry and it would always looks dusty and dirty.

Get natural plank bamboo (which can be refinished and is very hard)

We used the strand harvest bamboo from Home Depot (the solid nail down version, so it can be refinished). It looks great and is holding up perfectly.

thanks yes it was but we took the money by saving on the room carpets
