| Blueberries. Watermelon. Herbal tea. Pretzel sticks work for me because I don't really like them, so after a few I want to stop eating them and have satisfied my desire for salty crunch. Roasted Brussels sprouts (seriously). |

A glass of chocolate milk... again 1% How late is this, though? I consider a late night snack maybe 9 pm. I won't eat later than that. I go to bed at 11:30. |

If you're truly hungry at midnight (and not just peckish), then have a slice of cheese or the ham. You could also wait for the hunger to go away. I find this happens faster at night than middle of the day.
But maybe you didn't eat enough for dinner? |

Your body signals hunger as part of an attempt to stay awake when it really needs rest. You don't need calories, you need sleep. |
