Does your son or daughter have ADHD?

Yes, aderall 30 mgs. Starting high school this year.

One thing to consider is that sports like long distance running can help tremendously and possibly even help a kid go off meds. However when they quit the constant exercise it can be a challenge. One of the more interesting examples of this is the swimmer, Michael Phelps.

Yes, 4mg in morning; 5 mg in mid-pm, for middle schooler. Has been life-changing for DC in a very good way. Grades shot up; doing great in sports and music; no more struggles and anguish doing homework!

DS in HS hates the meds and won't take them, he also found that coffee in the morning helped.

Caffeine is just a low dose stimulant. I had a doctor tell me one of the signs of an undiagnosed adult was copious caffeine consumption.

Yes. 54mg of concerta.

MedS help with impulse control. For a teenager that can be huge.

My teen does coffee instead of meds and he finds it helps him focus. He hates the meds, but not coffee. Much better than the speed in the meds.
