Caffeine is just a low dose stimulant. I had a doctor tell me one of the signs of an undiagnosed adult was copious caffeine consumption. |

My teen does coffee instead of meds and he finds it helps him focus. He hates the meds, but not coffee. Much better than the speed in the meds. |
