Yes we did pay it out of the pocket I didn't get any info on rebate. Any links for it? thanks for the tip.

I bought mine from ambulatory pharmacy at SG in Rockville. For every 450iu (think that was the amount) I received $60 in mail in rebate. So for that cycle, I received $240 from Serono. I think you can find further info from Serono website.
