There was an interesting case of a British family - mom is white, dad is black. They have two sets of twins and in each case, one twin has white coloring and one black coloring. Genetics is a trip.

My DH is Filipino and I'm Caucasian, and our son doesn't favor either race, he's a mix of the both of us. I wondered the same thing about the children, too, as to why they all so Asian.

I've always thought this too. Jon and Kate both have lighter green/hazel eyes, and most of the kids have brown eyes.

I have a friend who is only 1/4 Japanese. His son, who is only 1/8 Asian, looks asian still. The Asian genes are strong.

My child is half asian and doesn't look asian at all. He has black hair, brown eyes and tan skin, but he looks like a white kid with a tan. My asian friend also has a child who is half white, and her kid looks white too. He also has black hair, brown eyes and tan skin, but he looks just like a white kid with a tan. Kate's kids look a lot like John, but they have darker eyes than John does. They are very cute kids.

My child is half Asian but looks white. Light auburn hair, very light complexion but dark brown eyes. If their eyes were lighter I would say that SGF mixed up the embryos (although they do look a lot like me and have my hair color).

I'm sure Kate's natural hair color is a medium brown. Maybe the kids wouldn't look so startlingly Asian if she didn't have those blonde Rapunzel locks.

Kate has had so much plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures that it would be hard to tell if the kids looked like her at all at this point.

But Kate looks stunning with that hair. She is a beautiful lady who gets better looking as time goes on.
