Coconut items..milk, ice cream

I'm vegan 12 years, vegetarian 15 years before that. I love coconut products. If you have specific questions, please ask. Here are a couple of handy graphics that might help you find a milk substitute and add more plants to your diet.

If you want to stick with cows milk, either find a local organic dairy or try an organic store brand. The issue with cows milk beyond ethical are the hormones and antibiotics they use on the cows.
