Dishwasher recommendations?

Installed a Bosch 800 series last summer as part of a kitchen remodel. We've had a bunch of problems, but in the end, they were all related to a bad install (total stupidity on the contractor's part, but that's another story.) I love the third rack, the silence, and most everything else. The containers that go in my kids' lunchboxes are often a bit wet but I think that's their shape, not the dishwasher. Everything else is perfect. I usually use the heavy cycle just because. Gardenweb had a series of discussions last year on how using certain dishwashing detergents can produce some muck - I use Cascade and haven't had an issue.
