| I would pick Monday or Friday because those are reliably the lightest traffic days. Tuesday through Thursday is noticeably heavier because many Feds on 4-day schedules take off Mon or Fri. |

| I'd say Monday or Wednesday - Monday because it's when the agenda and priorities for the week usually shake out and Wednesday so you can catch things once things have shaken out and still figure out how to engage and make a difference by Friday. |
