Isn't Sunbutter made from sunflower seeds not sesame seeds?

PP here. Whoops! You are rights. However, sunflower seeds are also considered to be in the same grey area as sesame seeds.
Here's a pretty good list:

I think eggs and yogurts are your best bet. The only problem is a lot of yogurt might have corn syrup. If you have matza buy some jam with no corn syrup too. That's a nice breakfast.

These work with Matzo cake meal if you do corn (and of course, you can top with anything - we use jam) :

Those are kind of fussy, "company" recipes - although the Kugel can be made ahead. I assume you've thought of eggs, fruit and yogurt, matzo scramble, and all the basics!

Wow! That Kugel looks fabulous! Do you think it'll still be good if I omit the apricots? Thanks for posting!

I've always done it without the apricots. Extremely yummy!

OP here. I think I will try the kugel for Saturday breakfast. We will have 8 people so this looks perfect for a crowd. Thanks everyone!
