what is your work attire today?

Stiletto heel Blahnik ankle boots
Diamond solitaire necklace (no statement).

(Why are we all posting the brands? Is this important info?)

Well the brands seems to give an indication of how much you need to spend for a particular look. For instance your outfit would cost upwards of $1000 (necklace apart) but most of the others' including OP's is <200 I would guess..

Doesn't sound like work attire.

The boots alone cost more than $1000 if you're paying full retail. However, I didn't pay that much.

sock-monkey PJ bottoms, husbands polo shirt, Prada moccasins. Don't need much when you video conference.

Scrubs, surgi hat. Statement bodily fluids

Black knee length pencil skirt, pastel blue knit sweater, and chunky gold STATEMENT necklace that cost maybe 40 bucks at Zara. I'm not too poor to buy real jewelry but am so uninterested and unexcited by jewelry that it does not seem worth it to buy anything expensive.

Where did you find the boots?

The heating in my office (well, library) is out-of-whack so I had to dress in layers. Thankfully, my agency is very casual.

Black twinset, gray Eddie Bauer pants, black deerskin Minnetonka moccasins, pearl earrings.

I've got long hair and that's my accessory, I guess.

Dark skinny jeans, flat ankle booties, and a black space-dyed tunic (it's actually a short dress).

Navy Koi scrub pants
Gray Gap Tshirt
Ceil blue Koi scrub jacket
Navy/ceil swirled Danskos
Blue lanyard with my ID on it---some statement piece!!!

scrub pants, Curious George Goes To The Hospital scrub shirt. My work clothing budget has gotten much bigger since switching to peds. I can't help but want to buy stuff little kids will like.

Black leggings and a stretchy hoodie. I worked from home today.

Jeans, white gap T and J Crew cashmere/merino blend cardigan sweater. Bruno Magli flats.

Client meeting tomorrow so will be in full business suit attire with heels. Not sure which one yet.

I tend to think of "statement" necklaces as big chunky ones, or the bib style ones. They are more of a focal point than a neutral accessory.

Blue jeans, t shirt, sweater, clogs.
