You forgot the 30 y/o woman in metro Detroit who screwed a 15 y/o student. Thankfully she got 6-15 for it.

The real problem here is the artificial social construct of "adolescence". Once humans go through puberty they are adults. Historically societies dealt with this by "marrying" post pubescent teenage girls, usually to older men. This evolved to abstinence until marriage in the later teens to now anything goes as long as there is less than a three year age difference. None of those options are good, and you can't lock your kids up until they are financially self sufficient

I don't have any answers, but locking up adults for having consensual sex with post pubescent teens doesn't seem like a good one. Note truly coercive acts are a different story eg have sex w me or I'll fail you
