I'm not sure you can control when you have to take the test. I'm pretty sure that telling them you can't take it for a month is going to be a pretty big red flag.

Also, if you're applying for a federal job and you smoke marijuana during the hiring process, you have no common sense and I hope you fail the test so I don't have to work with you.
