Best place to buy appliances

Wow, this is good to know about B&S. We're not in the market yet for new appliances, but when we are I'll think twice about going there. They used to have such a stellar reputation.

ADU chantilly - we bought all of our appliances there for a kitchen addition. I had called around getting price quotes from all the places (including online like aj madison) and ADU won hands down- they gave an additional discount since we were buying all of our appliances. B&S's reputation is unwarranted (the supposed reputation that they are good- the stories of staying away from B&S are all correct).

I tried to work with ABW. They need to compromise more to close the deal.

OP here. Thanks for the responses. We will probably stick with ADU - just wanted to make sure we were not missing a better option and it sounds like we aren't.

Love B and S. Have never been there but DH was adamantly against the French door refrigerator everyone in the family wanted and the salesperson talked him into it.

I had no problem getting to price match another store.

Do not use Sears outlet. All three items we bought were preowned and broken even thought they seemed fine in the store. I was told they take away old appliances free when they deliver new ones because they clean them up and resell at outlets.
Gross!!!! And terrible customer service. Use AMEX in case of problems and it extends warranties. I had 13 refrigerators in a year. They all broke or arrived broken.

They wouldn't budge on a high end fridge on their outlet store. You must pick it up wherever it is located and transport it too.
