Multiple miscarriages leading to work absences

OP, I'm so sorry. I would say work as much as you can. One of my MCs, I bled so much I ended up in an ambulance to the ER so it can be pretty traumatic. I would say, if you can, try and find out whether the pregnancy is viable and if not, at least for me, I would schedule a D&C and get it over with. For me, personally, that's always been easier.

I'm so sorry OP and PPs. If any of you are federal employees and need guidance or a better understanding of your options, the OPM website has a lot of resources. I used the free EAP program to get counseling. The counselor helped me to identify periods when I should take off work.
