This thread has nothing to do with implantation, but thanks.

Yes, it is. OP mentioned that it is a FET. CoQ10 and Ubiqunol are for egg quality. At this point she is looking for ways to help implantation, not grow good eggs.

I have been taking COQ10 since June. When I saw my RE at SGFC he said the CoQ 10 was the only thing I was taking that might have some clinical success behind it so I continued to take it. I also have read it takes 90 days to impact egg quality.

Wow - 01/26/2015 00:10. Usually the infertility forum on DCUM is less judgmental and evidences better reading comprehension than the rest of the site. Not so with you.

Correct, because it takes about three cycles for oocytes to go through all the stages of development.

true.

And, as the OP, I am interested in implantation, not egg quality.

Thanks. The infertility forum usually doesnt have snarky posters.
Thank you all for the advice on vitamin b and e. So, coQ10 really doesnt help implantation at all then.

Pineapple core is supposed to help, too. I ate it over the first 3-4 days on the day of and after FET and had success twice.
