1. You don't give her anything. 2. She takes the time and effort to package and mail little gifts to everyone. 3. Perhaps she's always sent you hotel toiletries, perhaps it's only this year. Really, OP - shouldn't you just be grateful??????????????? |
| I wouldnt mind receiving nice hotel soap. |
+1, especially since I doubt I'll be at a nice hotel myself anytime soon! |
Maybe she is trying to be nice but doesn't have money. Maybe she also realizes you are shallow and are not worth anything more, and you also smell bad. Yes she does think you are too dumb to recognize hotel soap. Your husband is smarter. That is where you got the idea from. Remember?
|
| If you don't want to use it just throw it away. |
| That's kind of hilarious, and maybe a little sad. |
Sheesh, why so nasty? Get a life pp. |
The OP asked a question. I replied. Sorry the answer wasn't nice. Answers aren't always nice. Truth hurts sometimes. I could ask the same of you: Sheesh, why posting useless replies/questions? Get a life ppp. |
I like you. |
You might be the only one. |
No, if you're not going to use it, don't throw it away, donate it to a shelter. As a PP mentioned these are wanted items. |
It must be hard, being so bitter and nasty and only having strangers on the internet to take it out on. Sorry I hit a nerve, pp. People like you only make everything worse. |
| I'd love it. I would totally be ready for next year and send her some hotel slippers or something. |
True, good point. |
IDK, the ritz in chicago has l'occitane toiletries (I only know because I used to babysit there while in college). I wouldn't mind some of those sent to my from a friend
Also, my BFF and I both love tiny weird things, so if she sent me tiny, high-end hotel soaps, I would love it and not be at all offended. |
