Tuesday - roasted chicken with 2 fresh veggies Wednesday - salmon cakes with rice and butternut squash Thursday - eggplant parm with spinach Friday - omelettes with all the leftover veggies from the week Last night was burger night. |

Tomorrow night: Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche Wednesday night: Chili leftovers Thursday: Kalua Pork recipe from Skinny Taste, Rice, Veggie Friday: Take out We meal plan such that we have at least one day of leftovers with everything. The quiche was from the weekend. The Kalua Pork will likely be our dinner Saturday or Monday. Sunday I usually make something new so it can be a leftover one of the days. On weekdays, I generally find a crockpot meal to make life easier at night. |
