It's not like that's going to get him to show up any sooner. Honestly, if he's hours late then he doesn't really want to do it at all. Maybe tell him you're to update the agreement so that he gets less time and has to pay more support. That might get him to set his alarm for the pick-up.

Give him a warning for next time. You'll wait 30 minutes max and then you're leaving and his visitation for that weekend is OBE.
