I bring you the food of my people - Lefse.

No eggs. It is a semi-sweet Nordic flat bread that you eat with butter, jam, Nutella, etc. A plate of these with sausage is a yum.

OP, pioneer woman's yogurt cream with berries and granola. Easy, make ahead, tastes really decadent, but isn't soooo decadent that later meals are spoiled.

NP with a bit of Norwegian in me says thanks for this! Have you ever tried them vegan with coconut milk or something other than cream?
