Or maybe L'Occitane (sp?). A bit more sophisticated. |
I posted this in another forum. Love the Nora Fleming serving ware. It is unique and all my friends whom I have given these to have LOVED them. Different platters/serving pieces with different minis to celebrate seasons/holidays/occasions. I am betting she doesn’t have any of these. My twenty-something daughter loves them.

I've really liked all the presents I've received that I can use up-food, wine, body wash, candles. It's interesting to see what others pick out for me. |

A bottle of wine, wine charms for hosting and/or nice coasters.
A nice cocktail dish with wasabe peas, or cinnamon roasted cashews or Brookside candies (like dark chocolate pomogranate seeds). A nice disposable towel tray and fancy disposable towels for the powder room. A multi-tier serving dish for appetizers or snacks. Some combination of the above. |

Orchid. They are elegant and real and last a long time. Look awesome in any decor. |
I was going to suggest something along these lines - clever small serving dish or something. I like to host and can never have too many, esp. unique ones(like the olive dish with a place for the pits, or the mexican chip/ salsa plate with several little bowls that fit on it). Bowls for nuts, trsy or plate or basket... I just hosted my first thanksgiving and it felt great to have something approapriate everything on the table. |
