Anyone know of Fall 2014 PSATs have been sent to schools yet?

Where do freshman take a PSAT? I know sophomores take a PSAT, but thought Juniors was the only class it mattered for.

At DD's school, kids take the SAT freshman, sophomore and junior years. Only junior year scores count, so the other two are for practice. But they are required by the school.
