If you don't want to babysit - don't.
If you don't want to babysit because you think your sister should start using a sitter - well then you're just a douchebag. You raise your kids the way you want. She's doing the same with hers. If she doesn't trust other people with her baby, that's fine. I'm sure there's things you've done or are doing that aren't perfect either. To everyone their own.

If you don't have time, you can't sit. If you want to be paid for it, you can ask her. But if it's about wanting to make the choice to leave her baby with a stranger for her...you are way out of line.
