Dr. Claudia Conerly at Age1Dentistry in DTSS has TV screens. I do not know if she has the blanket and other props but it's not too far from Bethesda and they are great with kids there!

Not Bethesda, but in case others are looking - kentlands dentistry has a pediatric dentist that we have been very happy with (as well as adult demtists , very convenient). Their setups have wall mtd tv's and these angled glasses that allow you to watch while laying down.
