It was good! And very easy...
I like the brand they sell at Trader Joe's.
It is already cooked. I grill it for a couple minutes on my Foreman grill. Toss w/ the rigatoni, olive oil, parm.

Thanks all! I decided to make a farrotto with mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. It was just the thing for a chilly evening. I appreciate all the inspiration!

Pasta with homemade (leftover frozen) meat sauce with chicken Italian sausage and lots of veggies. Dad's recipe. And a big green salad.

Pork loin, roasted broccoli, smashed potatoes, killer applesauce made w apples we picked last weekend.

Roasted turkey breast, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and roasted carrots. Special treat for DH who really likes to have a Thanksgiving light dinner sometimes in the fall.
