Hilarious . . . but all too true. Our DS's counselor emailed us another student's transcript and scores. When I pointed out the error, she replied, "OMG!!!!"

Counselor's reply was perfect. Hopefully you can laugh about it now.

It was funny even then, and the other kid's mom and I had a good laugh about it. Interestingly, though, the counselor no longer works at the school in this capacity.

I was an admissions staffer years ago and this made me cringe. We were unbelievably shallow and full of ourselves. Way too many of us had been in a capella groups.
