I always have a variety of teas on hand because I'm not crazy about plain green or black. Zhena's Gypsy Tea (I've seen it at Safeway, Whole Foods, and Wegmans) has a zillion varieties that all taste so different from each other. The Fireside Chai is my favorite in the winter (it's just tea; I add my own honey and a tad of skim milk). Right now I'm sipping Red Lavender, which not only tastes great, but is like aromatherapy.
