I'm the insomniac pp If you can't wear a bracelet or ring, I would just wear big dangling earrings - I still recommend no necklace because of that neckline and sparkly sleeves on the dress, plus the big earrings. Carry a sparkly clutch as your other statement piece. You will be a knockout.

Oh and I do not know how short your fingernails are, but mine are extremely short due to the fact that I pick at them and they split and peel (which also makes the nails unattractive), but I did want to suggest that you get a manicure anyway - even as short as my nails are, they look better after they have been filed, cuticles trimmed, and buffed and given a clear coat.

No necklace. Wear your hair up and do chandelier earrings with rhinestones. A cocktail ring would look good too. Jeweled clutch.

Not necklace - because you have the sequined sleeves, and a nice neckline.

Earrings in the same metallic color as your shoes. Bracelets or bangles in the same metallic color as your shoes and earrings.

Personally for the clutch I would hit marshalls or tj maxx and grab a small decent looking metallic clutch because I rarely use a fancy bag so it is not worth it to me to spend a lot of money on it. But, I do love this one: http://m.nordstrom.com/Product/Details/3244720?origin=null

I don't think the sleeves/neckline are so dramatic that you can't wear a necklace, but if you do a necklace, it would have to be a simple, delicate pendant:

I like big earrings. I'd probably wear big earrings and understated necklace, especially if you can't wear a bracelet.
