PP here. I love everything EXCEPT the glass dining table. Can't abide that.

Wow. What do you think a normal family would use that "dish" room for? Den? Bedroom?

It's kind of in mint condition. I think that is attractive to the right buyer.

Wow, a memory for me. I bought my first house in 1995. It was a 1967 rambler and had the exact same cabinets in the kitchen and they were original cabinets.

I love the bathroom tile wall dressed up as a window.

Does the pinball machine convey?

LOL ...I grew up in that neighborhood in the 60s and 70s--and this is really from the early 70s- I feel as though I am just walking in one of my friend's houses. Really...it's surreal.

And yeah..the public schools are miserable there now. The neighborhood is largely orthodox Jewish and they all send their kids to one of three area Jewish day schools.But..back in the day, that wasn't entirely the case- the schools were not bad. Except for Kennedy High- that was always ridiculous.

That's nuts. Except for the small flat screen tv in the kitchen, there is nothing in there that was purchased after 1981!!
