ISO dedicated aide for 7th grader in private school in NW -- immediately

OP here. School looked for aide, but just didn't find one. They gave us go ahead to look around too. Apparently they never had much trouble in past using the methods they used, but this summer was less successful. We do share the cost of the aide, but that's not why we are doing the search. Anyway, anyone we find we would simply send to the school for them to vet. We're just adding extra help on our end.

You could take a chance on places like Care.com to see if possibly there might be a recent teacher grad unemployed or a graduate student with openings during the day time.
Or as suggested even a qualified Nanny who is now more after school hours with a family.
