I actually don't go, for exactly those reasons. But I don't whine about it when a successful business model isn't tailored made for my schedule.

I'm a parent and we've been twice. It takes a little planning, but it's not a miserable wait. Either go when they open or plan on about 90 minutes at another bar nearby.

You could also organize a group (8-10 people) and book the private rooftop garden. We did it and it was amazing, although not cheap.

NP. What cost, approx? And is the rooftop garden open in cooler weather months, or only the summer? Curious because I'm thinking about planning a celebratory meal somewhere in the late fall.
