I agree. If the cost of a sports bra is holding you back from working out, then workout in a regular bra. As you workout more and lose weight, you will go down in size and you will have more options for sports bras (and all workout clothes, in general.) |

I am very large breasted and overweight- but working on it by exercising. I wear a sports bra with an underwire, then another sports bra, and then a shirt over that. I need all that support for jumping/moving around.
I use one bra like this. http://www.biggerbras.com/carnival-bras/carnival-specialty-bras-cotton-lined-sport-bra-600.shtml and another one like this http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-1909240/tek-gear-bra-seamless-racerback-medium-impact-sports-bra-womens.jsp |
| I'm proud of my belly and rolls, so I show them off! Big is beautiful. |
| Spinning classes turn out the lights and the same with most Zumba places. You burn off a ton of calories and no one can see or is paying attention to you. |
| +1 for wearing 2 bras for the well endowed. Regular bra and a sports bra. When I'm working out, I have my music in and I'm thinking about my grocery list, not about the person next to me and certainly not what they're wearing. |
| The full figured ladies at my gym wear a large t-shirt and loose fitting yoga pants. I am not sure about the undergarments. |

I'm big chested and wear Moving Comfort sports bras. I bought them on Amazon and found some colors can be $15-20 less than others.
Also, check places that specialize in bras, like Bare Necessities. I haven't tried plus size clothing stores, but that's another idea. Try Walmart? |
Another vote for Moving Comfort. They're the best. |
