Advice of soccer cleats and shin guards

The Vienna Community Center has a soccer cleat exchange box by the entrance if you are looking for some free cleats.

We use these with soccer socks. Remember not to just get regular knee-hi socks like for baseball.

I would just urge you not to get the cheapest cleats (assuming you can afford better) as they tend to be very poor quality that not only hurt but make your feet sweat. Going up one notch can make a difference or finding some on sale, just a thought.
