Shooting ranges that accommodate young teens?

NRA has a nice one, ignore the idiots they probably are ok with free std love and drugged up teen driving.

I'm a liberal and recently took a shooting class at the NRA range. It was great. The range was well-run, seemed safe.

I took a class from this outfit: http://www.guns-n-gear.com/index.html

Terrific instructor. I really enjoyed the class.

Another vote for the NRA range in Fairfax. Also, Silver Eagle Group near ashburn has a large variety of rentals which is useful.

I guess none of you grew up spending hours and days and weeks with your parents going hunting and shootig clays, etc. instead you wished you could have a great relationship and share something with them.

get over it. a reposnsible gun owner is more responsible than you.

Silver Eagle Group periodically does a "youth intro to handguns":

"This course has been specially designed for youth in middle and high school as an introduction to handgun safety and the basic fundamentals of marksmanship. Students will be provided an overview to the world of firearms, and the course is perfect for the first-time shooter. Our certified instructors will cover safe weapons handling procedures, general handgun knowledge, and the fundamentals of marksmanship. This class will deliver a solid foundation to build upon and give your child the skills they need to become responsible shooters.

Students will be provided with all necessary safety gear, ammo and handgun. Parents do not need to stay for the course but are welcome to. Parents must complete the waiver and sign the student in."

Boy scouts sometimes have programs, though mostly with BB guns and very small caliber long guns around here.

I'd think it's a very good idea, if not essential, to have a kid complete a safety program of some sort before their first hunt.

NRA is a can't miss alternative for anyone local.

Prince George's Skeet and Trap range is a great shotgunning facility.

How dare you lump all bras into one category! That's stereotyping. My bra is hoping that Biden will run, while my mother's bra is voting for Donald Trump because it thinks his hair is sexy.
