| I also think she did it. Happy to hear she was convicted. |
| "Dershowitz" and "gravitas" in the same sentence? BWHAHAHA. He didn't have that even when I was his student decades ago. He's a pot stirrer to get on T.V. Always has been, always will. The Deans try to reign him and Larry Tribe in but to no avail. |
| Someone please explain the DNA problem, then.... |
no need to. There are other issues. You are supposed to look at all the evidence. Like how she turned off her cell phone, the lying, the false statements, the fake break inn. Who called the police, who said Merediths room is always locked, who disappeared when the room was finally opened. Just too many things do not add up |
| things not adding up do not equal guilt. |
Sometimes it proves someone is lying |
| I don't know if she did it but she may have been right there when it happened and could have even directed or cheered others to do it. Kinda reminds me of some cases where prisoners are freed by DNA evidence because it proves they weren't the ones who actually committed the crime but it is highly likely they were involved somehow and it cannot be proved. |
Half of your "evidence" is total bs. |
