Ac Moore, Michael's, Lego Store (Tyson's corner), American Girl (Tyson's Corner), Barnes and Nobles offer free/nominally priced programs. Check out their websites! Downtown Silver Spring and Downtown Rockville have FABULOUS splash fountains. This is a bit of a drive, but Kiddie Crusoe in Timonium is lots of fun too  Enjoy~
