I saw Dr. Scott Spear at Georgetown Univ. Hospital for breast reduction surgery, however, I believe he is also well known for reconstructive surgery.

My mom used Marie Pennanen and really liked her. I met her and liked her too. Compassionate, conscientious, good credentials, highly regarded. She is in Chevy Chase, across from Saks. Good luck!

She was also recommended by my (female) gynecologist, but I haven't seen her myself.
