white jeans- out of fashion? How to wear?

Anonymous
I wear white jeans - they're skinny jeans - I roll them so they're cuffed sort of where shin meets ankle, or maybe a smidge higher, and then with a v-neck t-shirt - usually either aqua, black or purple - and Chuck Taylors. That's if I'm just running around doing errands. Yesterday I wore them with a boatneck 3/4 length sleeve top that's kelly green with white stripes. Same shoes.

I don't wear a tunic, but I do wear a swing tank because I think with tight white pants, the top needs to be loose and yes, cover your butt. I wear ankle cropped ones with Jack Rogers sandals. Very classic.

I love my J Crew matchstick white jeans - they are straight and thick enought that they don't show cellulite unlike other white jeans. But I'd love a cropped pair of jeans and I don't like the J Crew cropped styles. Can anyone recommend a great cropped white jean?

The ones who are not wearing their yoga pants, exercise wear, or tennis clothes -- trying to look a little bit put together without going over the top..

I have these and really like them. Wear all the time.

They make you look bigger.

I remember reading an article awhile back that stated white jeans should fit the figure well (curvy/fuller figures look fine as long as they fit properly) and the fabric must be thick enough/high quality. I think they look very nice when worn with a beautiful top and great-looking, colorful shoes. Personally, I can't wear them because it would be impractical (live in a rural area), but they do look elegant and stylish.

Love white denim. I'm tall, slim but not skinny . Ann Taylor, Loft, and jcrew have good ones. Agree on fit, don't get big, they look awful. I wear a flat sandal or wedge sandal , prefer wedge to lengthen in a nude color. I wear the gamut in top from tshirts to dressy tops.

I would not be wearing white denim this season.

Lol! I always have black, and I get different colored ones as the last ones wear out. Right now I have maroon. Before that I had red. I'm thinking green is next.
