I was just about to say Robin Wright. |
If I only had her face, though... (not OP)... |
I'm 5'11" and always feel like I look weird with my hair above chin length, but I have a smallish head/oval face. I prefer short hair, especially pixie cuts, on rounder faces.
If you're excited for a change, go for it. You can always grow it out. |
I recently got a pixie and am really enjoying it (I'm 5'5"). My hair was previously shoulder-length. Universal reaction from women has been very positive and "I wish I had the nerve to do it." The men who have commented on it have said more like, "huh, that's short." I don't care!
Go for it. If you don't like it, it doesn't take that long to grow back out to a short bob. |
As long as you have small features, a very short cut will look good no matter your height. And to the PP's who have said men don't like short hair, I have never been hit on more than when I had a pixie cut. I would do it again, but since having kids my face is fat and I don't think it would look good. |
If you want to look old, unhealthy and infertile, knock yourself out. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0022103100914501

I think it depends on your features and size. I am 5'10" have larger features and am plus size--with larger shoulders and frame too. If I have my hair cut chin length or above, ladies start hitting on me because they seem to assume I am butch. If you have smaller, more feminine features, you would probably look great. |
Sorry. Robin Wright looks much better with longer hair. I don't like the short hair on her at all. |
