| That is a super cool house OP. Knowing the state of real estate in that region I would caution you to be extremely careful to get what is a great price on it. I'm not alone in seeing another bubble situation happening there. |

same here. So Cal girl trapped in the dreadful place. all that said OP- I wouldn't pay that price in Venice. Why not Santa Monica or Manhattan Beach? |
