Actually I saw no support from American feminists in any if the cited articles. It seems to be more of an Asian thing and some like Indonesia are really conservative.

What's their material leave policy like?

Currently they get 60 days if they work government and 45 days if they work private sector + any annual leave they want + up to another 45 unpaid days. Once they go back to work, they get 2 hours a day for breastfeeding/pumping until the baby is 6 months old. Then leave ends. there is a petition for more leave currenlty underway. They want more than 60 days for the maternity leave and more than 6 months for the breastfeeding time.

This. Knew someone who had debilitating pain and nausea. She was given some meds for the pain but not much else could be done.
