I was in a Cheese Tasting Club years ago.

It is fun to do a tasting of a few similar cheeses at once - sort of like a "flight" and find your favorites.

Ooh. They have a Spanish goat cheese, cut in rounds, coated with green ground peppercorns on the top. Delicious with a lot of kick from the pepper. I forget the name but you can't miss it.
