I don't bloat with this, and I feel so much lighter. I eat it for dinner with a sensible breakfast and lunch. By Friday, I should be about 5 pounds lighter. I also call this my vacation detox.
Well, I tried a variation of this (I didn't have any cans, so I used a big hunk of steak and whole tomatoes and added water) and I lost 5 pounds. I also had dinner at a friend's house one night, pizza one night and ate some of my kids' frozenyo. This is magic soup. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
